How do I join MassageDaily?

 

Clients: You can join MassageDaily.com as a "My Favorites Member" – This will allow you to keep track of the Therapists that you like and want to view again; along with several other handy functions. To join as a My Favorites Member, simply click "Register" in the My Favorites box in the right column or Just Click Here

 

Masseurs: To list your services and create your very own MassageDaily ad, simply click the "Place Your Ad" option in the main menu above or Just Click Here

I wrote a review, where is it?

Reviews take up to 72 hours to be processed and activated. If it has been more than 72 hours, then please refer to our Official Review Policy to find out why it may not have been activated. If you're sure that isn't it? Just contact us!

What is my Therapist ID number?

Your Therapist ID is a number that is assigned to you when you create your ad. This is the most IMPORTANT thing you can remember and the easiest way to get help from us is to give us this number. Your Therapist id number can be found on the dashboard page of the Therapist Login or at the very bottom of your ad. It is a 5 digit number, with no letters.

How do I login?? - Cannot login??

To get to the Therapist Login, simply click the "Therapist Login" option in the main menu above or go there directly by typing this address into your web browser; http://www.massagedaily.com/masseurlogin

If you are having issues logging in, please first check that you are logging into the Therapist Login and not the My Favorites Login. When logging in, you must use your full email address (ex. andy123@domain.com); only entering the first part of your address (andy123) will not work. Last, please double check you are using the correct password; if you are unsure of your password, simply click the forgot password link below the login form.

How do I...?

How do I find a Therapist?

It's Easy, and you have several options! Start by clicking the "Search" option in the main menu above. By default the "Search by City" option will appear, you can choose your State and City and see the listings from there. Alternatively you can "Search by Zip Code" to find the Therapist closest to you, or run an "Advanced Search" to refine the listings to a specific type of Therapist. If you just want to browse through all the Therapists on in our directory, you can "Search by Photo" or if you want to find a Therapist you already know, you can run a "Search by Name".

All search results will bring up a grid of photos with a few bits of information; to see a Therapist's ad, simply click his photo and his profile will open in a new tab. You can return to the search results by clicking back to the appropriate tab.

How do I write a review?

You must be a registered "My Favorites" member to submit a review. This is for authenticity purposes and only a first name and email address are required to create an account. If you do not already have a "My Favorites" account, please see the question "How do I join MassageDaily" above, to create an account.

Once you have created your account, or if you already have one; simply visit the Therapist's Profile and click the "Write a Review" option in the Therapist's Navigation on the left side of the screen. You will be prompted to login (if you are not already logged in) and then the review form will appear. Once you have submitted your review, it will go through the approval process and should appear on the website within 72 hours.

How do I add a Therapist to my favorites?

To add a Therapist to your "My Favorites" list, simply click the "Add to Favorites" option in the Therapist Navigation Menu in the left column (in the Therapist's Profile). You must be logged in as a "My Favorites" member, so you may be prompted to login (if you are not already).

How do I send email to Therapists?

In the Therapist's Ad, click the "Send Email" option in the Therapist Navigation Menu in the left column. A email form will appear allowing you to compose and send a message to the Therapist.

How do I become a Select Therapist?

You MUST be a current Therapist to join this program. If you would like to sign up, please visit the Therapist login.

How do I become a Preferred Therapist?

If you are a current Therapist, simply visit the Therapist Login and click the "Upgrade My Account" option in the Navigation Menu in the left column; then select the Preferred Plan.

If you are new to MassageDaily, and would like to start as a Preferred Therapist, simply click the "Place Your Ad" option in the main menu above; then select the Preferred Plan.

How do I become a Featured Therapist?

If you are a current Therapist, simply visit the Therapist Login and click the "Upgrade My Account" option in the Navigation Menu in the left column; then select the Featured Plan.

If you are new to MassageDaily, and would like to start as a Featured Therapist, simply click the "Place Your Ad" option in the main menu above; then select the Featured Plan.

How do I become a Premium Therapist?

If you are a current Therapist, simply visit the Therapist Login and click the "Upgrade My Account" option in the Navigation Menu in the left column; then select the Premium Plan.

If you are new to MassageDaily, and would like to start as a Premium Therapist, simply click the "Place Your Ad" option in the main menu above; then select the Premium Plan.

How do I change/update my ad?

To make updates to your ad, just visit the Therapist Login. Once you have logged in you can update your text, photos, location, and just about every other aspect of your ad.

Why is my city not on your site?

We list EVERY CITY where we currently have massage therapists. If your city is not here, that means we do not have any Therapists in your area, if this is the case, suggest us to your local Therapists. If you are a Therapist and you would like your city added to the list, please contact us.

What is a Staff Review?

These are given to anyone who participates in the Select Therapist Program. If a Therapist has a staff review, it means they have been reviewed by a knowledgeable member of the MassageDaily staff.

What is a Select Therapist?

Select Therapists are the elite group of Therapists on our site who we personally recommend that you see! They are Therapists who have been reviewed by knowledgeable members of our staff. Select Therapists get three different ratings

 

  • 3 Stars: Good!
  • 4 Stars: Very Good/GREAT!
  • 5 Stars: Excellent/Best Massage EVER!

What is a Preferred Therapist?

Preferred Therapists are Massage Therapists that are Very Serious about their business. They subscribe to additional programs with us to Maximize their exposure. Preferred Therapist appears at the top of every page for their city. They are also provided with a gold box around their thumbnail listing on their city page.

What is a Featured Therapist?

Featured Therapists are Massage Therapists that are Very Serious about their business. They subscribe to additional programs with us to Maximize their exposure. Featured Therapist's are Therapists who appear on the Homepage of MassageDaily.com

What is a Premium Therapist?

Premium Therapists are Massage Therapists that are Very Serious about their business. They subscribe to additional programs with us to Maximize their exposure. Premium Therapist's are provided with a guaranteed 1st page listing for the city of their choice.

What are New Therapist Notifications?

They are emails sent once a day of New Therapists who have joined the site. You sign up for these City by City, so if you would like Multiple Cities, you will need to sign up once for each city. To sign up, please click here

How do I change my billing information?

To update your billing information, you must contact our billing department via the telephone. We can be reached at (888) 899-9513 ext 1; alternatively you can dial ext. 705 for our auto billing attendant who will take your billing information at anytime of the day or night.

How do I contact MassageDaily?

For technical or member support, click the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of any page on MassageDaily to email us; or contact us via phone, toll-free at (888) 899-9513.

I have emailed for help, but got no response

We generally respond to all email inquiries within 1 business day. If you do not receive an email response within 1-2 business days, it is most likely because your email provider has marked the message as spam and moved it into your spam folder or blocked the email entirely. This is most common with (but not limited to) AOL and Earthlink email addresses. We suggest contacting our support staff via phone if you do not receive any response via email; we can be reached toll free at (888) 899-9513.
